Privacy Policy

Effective date: 21 April 2026 · Last updated: 21 April 2026

Corpus 4AR is designed to be private by construction. This policy describes what data the app handles and what it does not.

Summary

Camera

Corpus 4AR uses the rear camera to detect a human body and overlay a 3D anatomy model on top of it. Video frames are processed in real time by Apple's ARKit on your device. No frame is uploaded, stored, or transmitted anywhere by the app.

Microphone

When you record a clip with sound, the microphone captures audio that is muxed into the output MP4 file. The file is saved to your Photos library or shared via the iOS share sheet at your request. Microphone data is never accessed outside of an active recording.

Photos library

The app writes to your Photos library only when you explicitly tap the save or share control. It never reads existing photos.

Analytics, advertising, tracking

None. The app contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party trackers. The App Privacy nutrition label on the App Store reflects this: no data is collected.

Network

Release builds of Corpus 4AR do not contact any server operated by us or by a third party. The app has no login, no sync, no leaderboard, no remote configuration. (Development builds may contact a local tuning server on the developer's own LAN; that code is compile-gated out of the App Store release.)

Children

The app does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children. It is rated for a general medical-education audience.

Medical disclaimer

Corpus 4AR is an educational and reference tool. It is not a medical device and is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, or any clinical use. Anatomical positions shown are approximations based on a standardized anatomical reference model and may not match an individual's anatomy.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above will be updated. Material changes will be noted in the App Store release notes.
